Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your versatileoutfit.com purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Policy
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns for gifted items. They can only be exchanged for store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return for the original item and then place a new order for the desired item on our website at versatileoutfit.com.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your item to our returns facility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect all orders before they are shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a return and replacement of the correct item for you. Notification of damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be received by us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Gifts
We are happy to accept returns of gifted items for store credit only. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date, and the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
